Changes in computers
Introduction
Here is a video to see how was everithing since 2500 BC to nowadays.
In this decade, the consolas and the PDA began to exist. There was no hardware developments but the better microprocessors. However, the software developments were a lot: for example, Microsoft Windows in 1985; the Microsoft's visual OS.

Windows 1.0
This decade was important because the computers advanced very much. Microsoft Windows became the most important Operating System, and the microprocessors companies Intel and AMD incremented the microchips' capacity.

1990s
In these years, the "World Wide Web" (www) was born, and the hard drive disk was invented; the same as Linux kernel, Google, Java, the compact disk, the SSD, VisualStudio and the MicroNive. In Japan, people started to join some computers in the movile phones.
Two new inventions: the SSD and the MicroNave (HDD)
In the 19th century, the electronic gadgets were very rude and primitive. They were based on simple electronic such as the first electronic keyboard made in the 1890s for president McKinley, or the Media PC made by James Onscotch's.

Early 20th century
In the early 20th century (until the 1930s), computers were invented. This decades were a big advance mainly with the opening of the IBM company. In this decade, the ENIAC computer was invented; for many people the first computer. However, these computers needed lots of electricity and were too big. The ENIAC occupied four rooms, and when it was working, all Cambridge houses could not have any electricity.
To see more information about the ENIAC, see https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/ENIAC
Middle 20th century
Between the 1940s and the 1960s, computers advanced a lot. As the Second World War was developing, the secret codified messages had to be decodified with a non-possible fail machine. With that reason, all potencies tried to develop their computers.
Between this decades, also the First Computers Generation started with the vacuum tubes in 1940. It lasted until 1956, when the transistors replaced them. In 1951, the first comertial computer, the UNIVAC, was built.
In 1964, the first e-mail was sent through the first "internet", the ARPANET. This year was also important because the integrated circuits were invented, replacing the transistor.

1970s
In 1971, the microprocessors were invented. This replaced integrated circuits with much more fastness. In 1975, a corporation called Microsoft was born, and in 1976, another called Apple did the same. This two companies created the Personal Computer. The main Operating Systems in those years were from Atari, Amiga, Apple, IBM and Microsoft, the MS Dos.
The floppy disk was a revelation, because with one, you could store until 100 kilobytes in a portable place.
Propperly said, the computer games were invented in the 1970s.

The first video game
This decade was marked by the Microsoft Windows apparence, the faster microprocessors and the PC globalising. Between these years, lots of video games were released. Also, the first laptop was released, the Osborne I.

1990s
In these days the velocity increased. Also, Windows went universal. Google, Photoshop and Linux, as well as many more programs were born.
Windows 3; the most selled in the whole world
21st century
In these years, Apple set the Iphone with different storage ways; it also convined the movile phone and the computer. Since 2008 to nowadays, the computers had been with less solds.A child that only have 10 years old can access to the face ID of the iphone.
Future
Perhaps we will be able to insert microchips in our brain so we may have all this investigation years in ourselves.
Why did we chose this subject
We have chose this subject because it has been developed a lot in this last years. However, it has been a very fast improvement and perhaps it will be the human apocalipsis.
